Electric posts and receptacles - cleaning tool?

Anyone know of a good tool or technique to clean the electrical "males and female" parts of the car? Just to get the corrosion off?

There are a couple of products out there, CRC Contact Cleaner is a pretty good one available at most electrical houses, not home depot. Then protect them with a product called Correx, you can find it at Marine stores. A small wire brush will help.
