Electrical on 1973 Vette - Turn lights

My 73 Vette rny lights work good without park or head lights on and the right side blinks real slow when the park or head lights are on, left side works like they should. With the park or head lights on the turn indicator light in the dash comes on. Is this a ground problem or what, any help out here. Thanks

maybe a bad bulb/bad bulb connection or wrong bulb

Thanks for all the help, It was a combination of bulbs and flasher so problem is fixed. again thanks to all.
