Emergency Brake Parts

Any idea where I can get the shoes for the emergency brake, and the cables that hook to both sides of the rear brake and the cable that runs from e-brake handle to the cables.

My e-brake doesn't work and my anti-lock brake light stays on? could this be part of the e-brake shoe hung up etc.
