Can anyone help me out with what switches/sensors are needed after my rebuild? As I understand, there are:

-coolant temperature sensor (top engine, by coolant neck)
-auxilary fan switch (pass. side engine)
-oil temperature (above oil filter?)
-oil pressure (top, back of engine)

Is this all correct and not missing anything? It seems to me that I've got more ports to screw these into then I have switches/sensors for. Were some of these plugged?

thanks once again

You may be overlooking temp sender for the gage on the dr side head between # 1 and 3 cyl. Also the TVS switches go in the t-stat housing. Between cyl 6 & 8 is the electric fan switch. Oil sender is in the rear dr. side of the block. Oil temp goes into the block above the oil filter. As for the intake, There is the manifold vacuum port behind the carb and the water nipple for the heater hose on the pass side front . Anything else in question just give me a shout.
