english cluster

anyone know if it is possible to make the speedo on an english cluster default to km/h ?
the authorities here in AUS won't allow us to use a cluster with an english default setting.

Our cluster`s here in Australia read both...mph,,,,kph
they must get them from somewhere

The clusters made for vettes with European delivery have a metric default cluster. The speed reads to 300 for the kph. It still can be changed to mph with the press of the E/M button on the DIC. I do not know a part number.
