You might try eBay or the outfits which print reproduction window price stickers. I am not certain the EPA stickers are being reproduced.

The EPA stickers are a manufacturer's certification of compliance to the requirements, and it's not legal to reproduce them. A few people were doing it, and they were all prosecuted for doing so - some of the parts retailers got some stiff fines for distributing and selling them. There may still be people doing it on the sly, but it's not legal to sell them or buy them.

I thought he wanted the EPA estimated MPG label which was stuck on the door glass next to the price sticker.

A Google search might kick up something. Do you have any original factory documentation with your car? Some new Corvette owners took great pains to keep all the factory labels and stickers.
