I own a 96 coupe and want to replace the mufflers with slightly loader ones and still keep the stock look with the original rectangular exhaust tips. I was thinking about flow masters Any other suggestions
I have Flowmasters on my 95. They're a great choice if you want the engine a little louder. I love the sound of a Flowmaster, too. Every car I own which has aftermarket exhaust uses Flowmasters.
I also put the stock exhaust tips on them. That required the services of an exhaust shop to cut them off the OE mufflers then weld them to the Flowmasters.
See the Flowmaster web site for information on which Flowmaster to buy.
