this piece is sold K&N Carbon Filter is brand new, small 3/16 hole I had drilled for dry nozzle. I'll plug the hole if you'd like...clamp is included. Neck diameter is 3 3/4 for an 01-04. 97-00 would require a reducing coupler... Paid $120 shipped, Sell for $78 shipped ! paypal is fine.....
