Factory roll out for 69

Does anyone know how i would find a build sheet or something telling me the colors and options that my vette rolled out of the factory with?

Options are listed on the build sheet, which was generally glued to the top of the fuel tank (to the left of the filler neck) on the assembly line. You can open the gas door and pull back the left side of the rubber boot and shine a flashlight in there and might be able to tell if it is there or not before you drop the tank looking for it. I have also heard of folks finding copies of the build sheet stuffed up under the dash, under carpet, in the frame rails, and other places - but the fuel tank seems to be the most common place.

Colors and trim are listed on the trim tag which should be inside the left door jamb, near the door hinges. The 1969 Corvette model center can help you decode the color (and option) numbers.
