The thing that always blows me away about Fast & Loud is how they manage to find these awesome cars for so cheap. In that episode, he bought a 73 Challenger for $3800 and flipped it for $4300. Around here, a Challenger in that condition wouldn't sell for less than double what he paid... And that's without getting into the 67 Corvette thang...

I think that's is just part of their persona... they're bad boyz and they like to hod-rod things up... make everything "fast and loud" so to speak... The few times they've ended up restoring cars, they complained about it constantly while doing so. I'm surprised they didn't get stupid with the Corvette and spoil it completely. What aggravated me back when I saw that episode is how half-a**ed they treated the car. It deserved much more.....but I'm biased, I realize.
Why would they rebuild and repaint the engine and trans and INTENTIONALLY "distress" it to make it look like a barn-find enginead?
