I have also been following this thread and I must say I AM IMPRESSED. I havn't the foggiest notion what the samhill you guys are talking about, but I really enjoyed all the tech talk, and how you guys solved Jim's Problem.

Chick is 12 year veteran at a Chevrolet dealer, and the tops in here field.
I would trust noone else but myself, as she has taught me alot.

I'll dump some 50wt in that puppy and keep my foot out of it untill I finsh my 383 or 402 haven't decided yet. Time to break out the engine stand and dust it off. Thanks for the help guys! after I fired it up I new what the problem was I just needed to hear it to help me face the music if you no what I mean. I think they call it "self denial" but there is a silver lining! NEW HP BALANCED MOTOR! YES!!!!!!!
