I can't do it!!!

I cant sell my vette! I could not bring myself to do it. I was about to call the newspaper to put up an add. My girlfriend was sitting next to me and I told her.

"lets go for one more cruise before I sell it"

she said "alright"

I took her out for a spin, banged through those gears, taking turns at 60mph (which I can not do with my olds) and still feeling she could pull a little faster. I love how everything is at your fingertips. You sit down, place your hand on the armrest and your palm falls right on the shifter. Snug compartment and all. This car is just to bada$$ to let go of.

I JUST CAN'T DO IT!!!!

Am I biased, not anymore. On monday I went with a mechanic to pick up a 68 because it needed tranny work, got in the drivers seat and thought

"I could wait a little more, I have waited 6 yrs whats 2 or 3 more"

I can see why some of you have had 2 or 3 of these cars over and over.

She is just to much fun to drive!!!!!!

so on with the original plans of heads and cam and since i have already a 3.73 gear I am going to swap it out and give the blown stang a run for his money!!
