Front End Noise

It rarely get very cold here, but when it did (high 20's) I noticed a noise when I backed out of the parking lot when turning the wheel to get out. At first it sounded like the front right was flat or the lug bolts loose, but when checked this was not a problem. No noise if I pulled straight out without turning the wheel. No noise driving forward. No noise now that it has warmed up. Is this just cold weather noise associated with fiberglass/ worn suspension etc? I have about 75k on the odo. Ideas?

I notice that also in my 85 here in phoenix, when its cold in the morning its my power steering pump making the noise
