It's come to my attention that the front center spoiler mount is missing and has been since i've had the car. I found the correct part in the Ecklers catalog and found a small reference drawing in the FSM but am not sure how it mounts. I feel like the spoiler side will be with a fender washer bolt and nut but I have no idea about the side under the bumper. I feel a hole in the bumper and can picture it in my head but dont know how its mounted. maybe some type of captured nut like on the rocker panel covers. Can someone explain it or maybe take a picture for me?

Thanks!

Not sure if this picture helps. I was showing the little screen thingy I put on to keep the junk from being sucked up between the rad and condenser. But I can go out and check it out tomorrow.

Thanks Tom --Nice screen How' you get it to stay in place? Is is simple hardware screen or something else?

Thanks for the pix Junkie. I see 30 and 31 on top drawing are what I 'm looking for but dont see the mounting for the upper end? Maybe its 23 on the lower Drawing.... I still cant tell what it is other than a threaded fastener of some type. Anyone know?

Thats 22 and 24 in the lower diagram!!:thumb You'll also need 37 in the top diagram,23 in the lower holds 23 lower to the air dam!!:thumb

Yea, it's pretty simple. The screen is from Home Depot (Gutter screen matl.) I used two of the little brackets that comes with it to attach to the screws that are for parking lamp/fog light access and then I drilled two holes and used Zip ties to hold the bottom. See pictures.

Oh and Junkie, you know I'd never Suck you into the radiator. :boogie

Replacing the front air dam is very easy. Takes about 15 minutes if your good with tools and you have all the parts.
There six 10 mm headed bolts that hold on the outer corners and 7 or 8 10mm headed bolts and nuts for the center section and the 7mm head screw for the front support.
They all come out fairly easy except the two most outer bolts on the center section, they can be a little tight on space.
