I pulled the front end out- ALL the front end to replace bushings and joints. After all, they are the originals, 38 years old, and have right at 30,000 miles on them. And nothing had ever been apart or changed. Anyhoo, the front springs still had the tags on them. Code is "EA" and it looks like a part number of 3832518. ar sincAnyone care to hazard a shot at what the spring rate is? Judging from the PO, and I've known this car since 1971, I think it's the F-41 suspension, but I'd like to confirm it..;shrug

How many turns in the spring? The standards have 6, and the F41's have 7(550 Lbs.).

Thanks guys!
