Either both front park/turn bulbs failed simultaneously (unlikely), or the bright filaments in those two lamps aren't getting power. Go to the connector between the steering column and the dash harness (with the ignition on), and flip the turn signal lever - to the right you should see power on the dark blue wire, and to the left you should see power on the light blue wire. If not, the problem is in the turn signal switch in the steering column. If you have power at that connector, keep following those two wires forward until you don't see power any more and you'll find the problem.

For the headlights, check for power on the light green wire at the foot dimmer switch for high beams (and at the tan wire for low beams). If you don't see power on the light green wire when you switch to high beams, the switch has failed.

Also make absolutely sure that all the sockets and headlight plug connectors have a good ground source to them.

I have seen many foot activated dimmer switches go bad, and some have had the harness connector melted. NAPA used to carry a replacement harness end for the dimmer switch if you do need one. Good luck with it. :)

I had this problem on my 62 Restomod. The dimmer switch wires were disconnected.
Check outside underneath for loose connections. :w
