How much work is an alignment on these cars and what is the going rate? I think I've been "robbed" by a local Chevy dealer on this... I'll reveal their price once I get some feedback from the forum members...

Hi there,
A full 4 wheel alignment, which takes me 2.5 hours to correctly do, costs $149.95, at my dealership. This entails all 3 angles on the front, and 2 angles for the rear wheels.
I provide a print out before and after the alignment, so my customers know what they are paying for.
They also drive the car, with me afterwards, to confirm that it is to their liking.

All four wheels, $231... This is the kind of crap that makes me HATE dealers. Sorry C4C5Specialist, I don't want to slam your employer and its peers but you seem to be one of the rare HONEST ones in this business...

To most dealer service depts the word CORVETTE means "Please Hurry, take ALL of my money..."

Dave

By the way this dealer is Bill Kay Chevrolet in Lisle IL.

Picked up the car tonite. It was fixed right. Three wheels were within tolerance though not optimal, one wheel was out of range... this is the one that led me in there in the first place.

You know what they say... Get me once shame on you, get me twice shame on me... I'll be going elsewhere next time.
