Greeting, Just wondering if it is possible to replace the Fuel & Vent Lines all from the tank to the fuel pump without taking the body off? Someone prior cut off vent line in rear and fuel line and replace fuel line with rubber hose, I want to replace them with correct lines.

Thanks for any advise on the topic. :beer

If you bought a roll of steel tube and straightened it out as you go, I wouldn't see why not. While never having done a 69 Vette I have done many other cars. If you are looking for Blooming Gold my guess is the body would need lifted but just to get rid of the rubber stuff I wouldn't see why it would need to be as you can just snake the tube through narrow places. BrakeQuip has a softer, easy to handle tube that is fuel and brake rated and dosent rust, comes in 20 foot rolls (20 feet isn't as long as you may think it is when running lines).

If you want to replace the lines and run them "correctly" you are going to have to jack the body off the frame a couple of inches to run the lines that run on top of the frame.

Thanks for your help, I guess I need to choose a plan now....The roll and run sounds good if I can find a lift to use. Little shy to lift the body with NO corvette helpers on the island for guidance.
