Question: Fuse panel question

What does the "PWR ACCY" fuse (next to radio fuse) for? I this for the power seats?

I have an '81 with multiple electrical issues and am not sure what this fuse is for. Thanks in advance.

It should be a 35 amp circuit breaker,for the power windows.
the power seat breaker should be near the top of the fuse panel.
