gas smell when idleing

When I am idleing for awhile i get a gas odor from under the left rear wheel well.
I cant see any fuel leaking. My 86 is original equiped coupe.

I would check the gas lines in that area to see if they are starting to seep,they might not be quite rotted thru yet but are starting to go,also where is your canister located on your vette (Not sure if it has one) but you might want to check that as well.

Havent found the source of the smell as of yet, been sidetracked trying to get through NYS inspection.
