Looks like someone has been to the dyno recently:

Callaway Owners - If you have dynoed your car, please share the numbers and what the specs were. If you do not want to disclose "everything" you have done, please at least post your dyno sheet(s)

Thanks! :beer

BTW I absolutly love that song! Good choice with those frames...:beer

...looks can be deceiving ;squint:

Yes they can, but I doubt it in this case :rotfl Come on what did that LPE car do?

LOL, fire out the exhaust tips, is that the poor man's wideband? Where'd you take it to get tuned? I'm sure we are all interested in what kind of power that thing puts down!

I told you that car was a flame thrower!!! :L

Very cool to see when you are tailing it at night :beer

-Luigi
:cool

I watched a good 5 seconds of that video before figuring out it wasn't a video of the dyno test. :chuckle

Nice backfiring, you should have brought marshmallows! :D

I am amazed by the fire show :cool (A real) wideband sys. is being used :w

Yeah, you did mention that traffic should keep back ;LOL

But Brangeta, did you recognize any of the songs??? ;shrug :cool

Idles at 800 rpms, pulls like a freight train just past its peak.

There is some benefit to adding an MSD 6AL Box :cool :lou
Lets see a graph. I would like to see the rpm range.
I tried using a "Jacobs" box, I did not notice any difference.

I do not have any dyno graphs, but can tell you the car now idles at 800 rpm, has great "tip-in" off idle and pulls to ~5,000 rpm. :cool

I know the Jacobs box is well regarded for its use in turbo cars, I am surprised it didn't help in any noticable way ;shrug

...maybe I can ask for a dyno sheet if one was sampled ;shrug

I was wondering if they were able to get the rpm up a little more with the larger runners and porting. I would like to get the rpm to about 5500 to hold boost a little longer. I think that is one of the drawback of the TPI. Some day I would like to make a new intake to raise the rpm band a little more. With the automatic it is not as big of an issue. Always have to be thinking of more power.:D

Yeah, it is part of the TPI design, that causes the power to not run as high as some other intake designs. Great for torque, but not as good as others for HP. :cool

I drove the car home today for 150 + miles. The MPG change is amazing. It runs very nice and has the manners similar to my SuperNatural as far as idle. The power deliver though, is unlike ANY Callaway I have ever driven. The torque, shoves you into the seat - better be good at gasps, or holding your breath, as it takes it away!!!!!! :W

The car has a nice sound to it. Reminded me of the Porsche 928s my Dad used to have :cool
