Not sure who has 1:10 scale electric cars, but it is possible with a little work to get Pactra and Tamiya paints to replicate GM OE colors.

To get the color-
For those of us with GM 48 paint, you can replicate it using Tamiya colors. I used Tamiya PS-21 Smoke, followed up with PS-17, and then backed in PS-5 black. The result is a near perfect match.
