I picked up my convertible today. All I can say is: Sell your kids to the circus, cash in your 401K, or whatever, get a C6 convertible! I owned 2 C5 convertibles, a '98 and an '01 and this new car fixes all of my issues. It is a GREAT car and worth the wait, in my case, over 5 months. I'll post pictures this weekend as the car hasn't been cleaned up yet. I told the dealer to let me do it! It is: 6-speed, Machine Silver, Cobalt, Manual black top, 1SB, XM, polished wheels. One note to folks ordering XM, the antena is smack in the middle of the trunk lid, I wish they had put it on the backside of the hard boot. I will have to get used to it.

Congrats Jimmyb. I got mine last night. She is the most beautiful thing I've ever seem. I'm glad I didnt get XM. I think I would have been P**st. Enjoy. I got the power top and love it. Keep in touch.

It seems we got almost identical cars. What's the saying about "Great minds"? Thankfully my wife is out of town, as I washed the car (I asked the dealer not to) today in the misting rain and 35 degrees and then dried it in the garage. She would have a field day telling our friends about that! Congrats on a great car!

What happened to Red!!!!!!!!!!!!

No matter what color you get the C6 vert is awesome, but l thought it only came in red.

As far as the manual top is concerned, l thought it only came in auto (C6).

And did the C5 ever have the auto top. I'm sure the manual top is a no brainer to put up and down.
