is there any good insurance companys out there that i dont know about that is cheap. i am 18 and i pay just shy of 2000 annual

At 18 years old and just under $2K a year for that make and model Vette, you don't have a bad rate right now.

When you turn 25 and get married you will see a big drop (providing you keep a clean record).
 
ha ha... thats not bad at all. I pay that and about another $500 for my Lincoln. :)
 
Did you think about buying a beater as your primarty car? I have my truck rated as my primary car and the Corvette as a secondary car. My rates went up when I bought the Corvette, but since it's a second car, it only runs me another $35-45 a month. Just a thought.

I am 24 and I pay about 1.4k anually.

I use 21st Century insurance and it seems like a good rate to me. I would only be paying 880 anually but I was uninsured for a month and my good drivers discount was thereby null. :(

That is precisley why I handle all of my bills now and not my parents. It would have been nice for my mom to tell me I was uninsured for that time. That ended up costing me BIG!
