Got a hose leak

Ok, I dont have a picture yet so I will describe it. Drivers side, under the fuel rail covers, on the side of the intake manifold, on the LT4. There is a rubber hose that comes out about half way down the intake manifold. It is shaped like an S and then turns into a metal hose. The rubber part has a reall bad leak that is blowing out. The engine is hissing really bad. What is this tube? I will try to post a pic if I can.

sounds like a vac line.
4 or 5 bucks at the Chevy dealer ship.
Should pull right off.

I had an elbow dry rot/spring a leak on me last fall.
Have another on the pass. side fuel rail (another vac line) thats going to split on me this year but has not yet. Will have to get it ordered since my local dealer doesnt have it.

Take a pic when ya can. BUT I would bet (hissing) that its a vaccum line.
