Looks like this design is very flawed. Barbie is an expert in this field and has given me some rock solid advise. The woofer is not going to move enough air to cool the amp, and increased heat will cause distortion, and failure.
So, I am going to move it out of the cubbie and onto the kick up panel behind the passenger seat. Then, with a lot of glue, liquid nails, wood, foam, and anthing I can get my hands on, the right rear compartment has to be sealed off and made solid. This will increase the boom factor, make good use of the space, and the amp will be in a better position for tuning and cooling.
I will post some updated pics when complete.
