got it running. the distributator was off a tooth so it would try to fire on two insted of cilinder 1. now it is okay but it is raining here in sunny south florida and i cant go get some fresh gas. i would like to pull it outside and take some pics.

Great to hear! If you have a aftermarket camshaft see if you need to run it in.
