I've received a ton of supportive messages in the last three days. They are very much appreciated.

Mac 73 is busy working this weekend (I'd bet), but he'll pop back up soon.

I look forward to speaking to all our old friends and making lots of new ones here.

Cheers,
67HEAVEN

67 Welcome!!!!

I've lurked into your site before.. and was VERY impressed.
Nice to have you aboard the CAC.. and not that...other site.

I'm JUST getting into the C-2 realm... so I'm sure I'll have a lot of newbie questions for you!

It's a VERY cool site...

As you know, the entire CCC will be gathering for some hardcore Vette work and beer consumption Sunday morning (photos to follow under new topic heading). We'll be giving you a toast or two, and your name will certainly come up (nothing but good things to be said, of course..), so consider yourself part of the Group!!

I gotta plaigarize (sp?) from vigman - this is too funny to let go:

Plagiarize....HUH?

You do and you'll clean it up!

You could have worse things for an epitaph.....
"Dr. Lars' personal beer holder."
:D

By the way CO.......every time I look at that beautiful car, I realize how cool a midyear 'vert with hardtop looks. Classic. :cool

Lars,
Since the new fenders have been shipped from COLORADO, I guess I really am an honourary CCC-member. :drink

67Heaven: You've been an honorary member of the CCC for some time...you can't escape it. Undoubtedly, you are doomed........... :BOW

But, hey......the smilies are superior here, the CCC is landing, and the beachhead is secure. We ALL know what they can do if they can't take a joke...... :bang

Keep that Legend going!!!

This working for a living is really interfering with my play time. Working the weekend is the very worst but since crime doesn't take weekends off, we crime-fighters have to be there to maintain the right!

I should add that I agree with 67Heaven's comments completely! I'm flattered by the supportive comments, via e-mail, private messages and posted. I'm also surprised by how many people who speak of clashes with Mr. Restring and how passionate many are about this situation. At first, I worried that I was over-reacting but the response convinced me otherwise. Thank you all!

When I read the exploits of the CCC, it reminds me of the good old days, back in simpler days, spinning wrenchs and bottles on cars in my dad's building. It was loads of fun and I've still got the scars to prove it. How far is Colorado from Vancouver again? Hmmmmm.

At least we know where to find you now. :)

That would seem to imply that you knew 67Heaven or me before, John Doe. If that is the case, perhaps you could tell us what your user name was at that udder place? Not to appear paranoid but your profile doesn't inspire a great deal of trust.

67 Heaven & Mac:

Have only just recently noticed your movement to CAC
and hope that this will liven up this site. Also CCC/s
and others that I see here. I have a partial picture of
your movement, but not the whole trip. But, I am with
you guys and want to let you know that in the long run
justice rules. Will be watching for your posts.

Mike

wow, nice site! lots of pics, and info about 1967! I like your theory on the Big Block, it would be great if Chevy do more research on it and made some new vettes with a improved Big Block in em.

Keep up the great work! :beer

sorry off topic

Lars!!! good to see you here.
I don't supose I could send you my Q-jet to have it rebuilt?
tom

Hey '67 and Mac, had a hard time keeping up with you guys! :) I didn't know the CAC existed, until I was started snooping in your Bio. It will take me a few days to find my way around here. Looks like a cool place though.

Mac, did you ever get an email reply from Mr. T? :confused

Hey 67HEAVEN whens the next chapter to be completed I'm having withdrawls. It so could down here I don't even want to go in the garage. Also just wanted to show my support... Dave.

Hi guys. Nice to see you.

When's the next chapter going up on my site? Won't be too long. I just visited Canada Customs today and paid the cross-border taxes. That releases the fenders for delivery......so they should get here tomorrow or Thursday.

I'll get photos a.s.a.p.
:w
