Hey guys, I was wondering if there was a market for hand laid fiberglass reproductions if priced for around $225???? Not junk parts. I have made molds from a pair of GS NOS flares and have plenty of experience making quality parts.
If the demand is there, I will pursue it.

They would be made of hand laid fibergalss with a black gelcoat, ready for finish work and fitment to each car. I will pursue this if the demand is there.

I decided to make these for myself, so I can run 17x11's with 315 tires on my 1990.

Is there a demand out there????

Thanks guys!!!!

There seems to be a huge demand for c6 Z06 style flares here in SoFla. Many, many regular C6 cars with them on. And we have sold many custom 3-piece wheel sets for cars so modified.

If you haven't touched base with the Grand Sport Corvette Registry, you might want to ask this question on there forum also. They might need a replacement flare every now and then.

My land lord has been looking for a set for a long time now; I'll ask him.

I just layed up my first set this morning. I'll pull them from the mold tomorrow morning. My email is the best way to contact me with wqestions concerning demand. Hopefully, I'll have a product that can be of use to everyone. We'll see.

Thanks

Just pulled them from the molds. The PVA still needs washed off but they look great.

Here is a set that are trimmed for final fitment to your car. The backsides will be glued in place. The parts will be ready for final fitment, paint prep and color. I will also be making the lower Export Flare Extensions that were a factory piece. They are located below the midline rub strip on the lower quarter panel.

Can you post a pic of the C6 Z06 style flares or email me at bv1953@aol.com?

Thanks
