In 1979 what is the FE7 RPO Gymkhana suspension option? How can I look for this on my L82 new purchase? (NEW VETTE OWNER) Have not looked for TANK STICKER yet. Kent Tullos;)

Look for an 1.125" front stabilizer and a 9/16 rear stab. bar. Also, those cars had a 7-leaf rear spring.

If you do a simple search of the forum you can pretty much find anything. Check this post out that I started not to long ago: http://www.corvetteactioncenter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=103502
Look for a rear original sway bar. As HIB mentioned, 7 leaf rear spring, thinker stronger coil springs, and the 1 1/8'' front sway bar and a 5/8'' rear sway bar.

Wow, thanks. I'm new to the Vette world and this site. I have learned so much already. Will start to post this kind of question on the Tech page. Thanks again.

I agree. You should also ask the seller for any original documentation with the car (window sticker, invoice, tank sticker, etc) and check to see what she left St. Louis with.
