Half shaft shot Needs replacement

well my half shaft is shot. I had a u jiont that was shot and now the new u jiont will just push out of the yoke. So Where a good place to get a half shaft at??

I had the same problem years ago on my '66. I took it to a speed shop and they welded a new yoke end on and worked good as new.

x2. Any good shop should be able to do this for you.

Look for a driveline or truck parts store. There is a special lathe used to cut and weld the shafts. You can also find good used shafts in the $40-$50 range.
