Hand brake adjustment

Hi!
Does anyone know how to adjust handbrake (emergency brake)on C4, '95?
It grabs on about the last one or two clicks.

-if you follow the cable back you will see a little turnbuckle where the cable attacheds to the two which go to the back wheels
-if this has been tightended as far as possible then you need to remove the rear wheels and line up the drums so you can see the adjusting ratchet and adjust them with some kind of lever--better borrow a manual from the library--one ratchets up and the other ratchets down to tighten
