Has anyone tried any of these?

I was on ebay just browsing and came along some performance chips for really cheap prices. I was just checking to see if any one has tried these. For the price it seems like something to try and not cry over the price if it didn't work.

I'm not sure those are worth the money. If you want a chip and don't want to pay a small fortune, you'll need to look at alternatives besides Hypertech, ADS, and others.

Scott Hansen does my tuning. He did a fabulous job setting up my Vette's L82 to run with TPI. He's very reasonable and does a great job.

Good luck!

Most of these simply are conneted/wired into the IAT or ECT making teh ECM "think" the intake air or coolant are colder then they actually are. It's possible IMO if connected thru the ECT that the ECM may never go into "closed loop". Would they make the car run richer-Yes Do i believe some of the outrageous Hp and MPG claims-No. You'll be much better off as was stated above to have the ECM "tuned" by a pro. There are some companies here on the CAC that can help w/that
