Haze on bright wheels ??????????

Hi

On my 02 there seems to be a slight haze where the previous owner could have tried a metal polish forgetting that the wheels have a clear coat.

What could you suggest that l do to get rid of the haze.

I tried Zaino's which helped but no cigar.

The haze you are talking about was put on the wheel when it was manufactured for GM. Not all of them have it but it is quite common. If you really want it removed try http://www.wheelcollision.com/ and have them stripped and re-polished and new clear coat applied. All five sets I have had were about the same and showed some haze mainly on the surface between the spokes where is shows the most.
