Headlight Fall Down

I was wondering if any of you can help me with a problem I am having. I noticed when I turn my headlight on, they both pop up. After a block or two, the left side begins to fall down. If you push on it, it drops and if you try to lift it back up, it sags back down again. It is like somthing is bleeding off and not holding it. Any advice? Thanks.

What year is your Vette? If it is an 88 then you might want to move this post.
