Headlights & More Power for my 84

I have two questions here...

1. How do I get more power out of my 84 coupe with the cross-fire throttle-body setup. I have it dueled out with 40 series flowmasters ... The car sounds mean but is a dog on the track... or the street for that matter....

2. I read a tech tip about someone replacing the bushings on the headlights with ball bearings ... Does anyone remember seeing this and can help... thanks...

If some is good and more is better; then too much is just enough...

Thanks.. guys....

Thanks for the links.. but the Crossfire link won't load... does it work on your end..??

Put the GM 151 cam in it from the 327/350 hp engine.

Does the bushings 'trick' work with the old C4 headlights... I think it is '88-'96. the old ones were different ?
