First off a "Welcome" is in order. 
You'll find many helpful and knowledgeable people here. Some people do the change themselves. Buy the lenses and then replace them DIY. I've never done it, but I might try it. New lenses are $300-400/pair. from some suppliers.

This guy seems to know his way around the headlight thing. He can supply the parts and instructions only (for DIY), or he can do the job for you. He comes very highly recommended.
