I gots to tell ya, Colorado Springs is a GREAT Place for Corvettes :dance

The Corvette Action Center held our 2007 CruiseFest at Colorado Springs. JMHO but I think that was the BEST CruiseFest to date. -Patrick and Crew put together a magnificent program/agenda with a personal guided tour of the Air Force Academy.

The folks around your area are GREAT Corvette Enthusiasts and really put together ONE GREAT EVENT.

Yes that’s on 83 coming into Colorado Springs, here’s a similar one that I was playing around with photoshop.

That's a great location to image a Z16! Wow, it really looks cool...so cool that the next time I pass through Colorado Spings, I'm going to go looking for that spot to shoot my 04!

If I'm remembering the location correctly, that spot is fairly close to the south entrance to the US Air Force Academy. I think it's inside the gate by roughly a mile or so.

This is an awsome picture; I have seen the B-52 on the tar mack, pretty overwhelming that's for sure. Hard to believe the basic concept and design has been around since 1952, pretty awesome testament that's for sure, been protecting the US for many outstanding years
