Help diag a rear end noise.. :(

My noise problem was solved simply by changing the rearend lube with G.M. posi lube and adding G.M posi additive.The Additive is a must for a quiet rearend and in your orginal post you didn't mention the additive.

I used a posi additive when I changed the fluid, same brand I've used with success in other GM posi vehicles. I used to be able to find gear oil spec'd for use in posi diff's already, dont see it anymore.

I don't know the specification for the positrac lube additive but the GM number is 1052358 and the rear end gear lube is GM 1052271/1052272
