HELP! Lights up buzzer won't turn off

The warning buzzer for leaving the lights on constantly runs despite the key being out of the ignition and the lights down. How do I dismantle this sound?:confused

Got it fixed...just unplugged the battery then reconnected it and problem solved. 23 year old electronic connections at work
