Help!! - Not that serious....

Hi All,
I have a '92 LT1 Convertible automatic. When I am at a full stop and floor it stalls or cuts out. I come off the gas and it recovers. I have tried this in first gear, drive and OD. No backfire or misfiring. It runs fine otherwise.
Any ideas? One answer I got was the fuel sensor on the TB.

If it was the fuel pump wouldn't I have problems with acceleration overall? I have not problems nailing it to pass on the highway.

Possibly and easy to replace. I could try that first.

Dump a can of SeaFoam into a full fuel tank and see if that helps.

Tried something similar. No change.

No fuel pressure gauage but will be checking this as well.
