Gone but not forgotten
I haven't been able to find an actual image of the engine, but try to picture this Chevelle with a 355" small-block using a Corvette Cross-Fire manifold base port-matched to the heads, with a custom top plate fitted to accomodate four Rochester 2-GC carburetors, each mounted to match the natural port-feed configuration. It's topped off with a custom air filter holding a K&N element.
