Help! High Idle and stumble

Up date:
Friend had a vac thing we checked the MAP sensor it was bad. Replaced the MAP and brought the idle down to below 800. Still having a stumble at 3000 RPM and still looking to solve my no signal from ECM... Could also be having a miss hard for me to tell with my lost in hearing...

Now I see that I'm running rich on one side? Without my ECM I can't tell what's really going on really need to get that working.

Another update:
Got hold of a fuel pressure tester and key on it went to 40 then quickly to almost nothing. Started the eng stayed at 40 through 3k RPM.. So one or more of my injectors are bad.
