sorry for the bad english

I believe it is With the engine off screw them in all the way CW (very gently) and then turn them out CCW 1 and 1/4 turns. These are your air mixture screws. Start engine and turn idle down to around 400 to 500 RPM. Then I always hook up a tach and adjust them in or out to acheive the highest RPM. Whenyou are done turn idle back up to the idle speed indicated in your manual. Hope that helps.

Tachometer measures engine RPM. You can do this by ear. Just slow the rpm's down till the engine almost dies and work from there. Then reset the idle rpm back to spec with tachometer in dash on the car. Good luck.

Morten,
I bought a book called "Holley Carburetor Handbook" for the 4150 and 4160 carbs. I am guessing this is what you have. The book is by Mike Urich. I found it very useful when I rebuilt my 4150 last winter.

I bought it through Amazon.com. I strongly reccomend you buy it.

I have a Holley 750 double pumper is that a 4150 or 4160?

How to tell if you have a 4150....

Make a note of the list number. This is on the tower that pokes up into the the air cleaner. On the Holley web site there's a cross reference from carb list number to model number.
