Ok I have more information,can anyone answer this?
A grd from the ECM causes the relay to operate, which causes the louver to operate. The problem is that I do not know what causes the grd. If I grd it myself it operates ok. But the only way that I could think of to see if t does operate at WOT is ,I wedged a small piece of paper at the closed louver. Run the car hit WOT a few times and when I stopped and checked the paper was still there. Indicating to me that it did not operate. If anyone sees this I would appreciate some help.
