Question: Horn Button

Hi guys , just recieved my new horn button assembly ....un-assembled of course , the emblem and retaining ring fit over the three little posts on the ring , but how are they secured ?? Old one was held together with glue/caulking / or something that definately was a bubbaization ... so ...???

Should have come with assembly instructions. Call the vendor and ask.
