Horn contact assembly

Okay maybe I did not explain myself correctly before. I just need a diagram that shows how to assemble the lower horn contact. Does the spring go first then the pin then the insulating cap? I have a TT in a 1975 Vette.

Yes, spring, then pin then cap. The cap is a push and turn arrangement.
