I started today trying to replace the horn diaphram on my c5. I got one of the t30 bolts loose on the back of the steering wheel but the other one feels like the head is stripped out. I can't get my torx bit to bite on it without slipping. Is there any other way to remove the horn assembly?

First, a welcome is in order. :w I think you'll find CAC with a number of very nice and helpful people. One of the resident experts should be along soon to give you advice. :thumb

Just in case anyone is interested, the two torx bolt that go into the back of the steering wheel are T27's, not T30's. Two different videos I watched on YouTube about changing the horn diaphragm both said they were T30's. Wrong!
