I'm not real good a reading plugs but they look strange. Outside looks rich or oil burning and hot. But the insulator says it isn't rich. The black on the outside looks blistered.

makes me think rich and to hot a plug. ;shrug

:w

Looks like maybe you have an oil leak??? Probably the valve cover gaskets?? Just a guess. Do you ever get smoke from the compartment on start up?

Nope, no smoke at all. I have never had any of my buddies driving behind me tell me I am having any blow by, and it looks like my dipstick has had the same amount of oil since I changed it 2000 miles ago. I did put a little drop of synthetic oil on the threads as to C4C5specialist said I should...

I don't know if the amount of oil you put on the threads would show up like that but if it is synthetic it is possible. What does it look like down inside? Is it clean or carboned ?

We were told by c4c5 to use a drop of synthetic oil, instead of the anti-sieze everyone recommends. Never thought about it, but that very well could be the cause.
