How does one post a car wanted ad on this Corvette site?

I tried the "Post an Ad" link under "C5 Corvettes for Sale / Wanted" which led me to the next step and a page for selecting the category. The drop down box on that page has no options in it.

Your link takes me to the page for selling a car.
I still do not see how to get to any page for placing a Car Wanted ad or post.
Oh well...
